Signing up for The Wireless Shop online from your
FHTM Rep’s Office Assistant offers secure online shopping,
instant order activation and order status tracking capabilities.
Your phone will be shipped right to your front door. Customers
will receive a monthly bill directly from the carrier. Monthly
bills vary in price according to a customer’s account details.
Please refer to your order summary or wireless contract for details.
If you have questions regarding customer points
or commissions, please contact RepSupport at 859-422-7008 or via

Wireless Shop’s Customer Service personnel are not qualified
to answer questions pertaining to compensation through FHTM’s
Compensation Plan. All such questions must be routed through FHTM’s
RepSupport Center.
If you have questions regarding specific product
information, equipment availability, or plan options, please contact
The Wireless Shop through their website. RepSupport does not deal
directly with the plans or equipment; only The Wireless Shop’s
Customer Service personnel can answer these questions.
If you have questions regarding your eligibility
for contract extension, please contact your current cell phone
carrier directly.
Equipment purchase is required to receive points
for all wireless plans. For example, if you purchase a Family
Plan of 2 lines and only purchase one new phone, you will not
receive the full 2 point credit for your Family Plan activation.
Family Plans require the purchase of at least 2 new phones. If,
for example, you are purchasing a single line plan, the purchase
of new equipment is required in order to receive points and commissions
on that purchase.
Contract extensions are now available through
all carriers!
