Paul Orberson, President and Founder
Paul Orberson is no stranger to living on a budget. A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Paul worked for years as a high school teacher while coaching basketball and baseball. Although he loved challenging young minds, Paul grew frustrated by the financial limitations of raising a family on a modest teacher’s salary.

In his attempt to find a new financial opportunity, Paul entered the world of network marketing in 1990 as a marketing representative with a small start up company. Determined to succeed, Paul surpassed his original earnings expectations and helped turn the start up into a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded NYSE company. When he left the company, Paul had earned more money as a representative, in a shorter amount of time, than anyone in the network marketing industry. Paul’s incredible success allowed him to retire before the age of forty.

Ultimately, Paul decided work was more fulfilling than retirement. A new company vision came into view: Why not build a company of his own and help others achieve their financial goals.
Paul began reviewing numerous companies and their marketing programs. He discovered that most operated with gross deficiencies and inherent weaknesses in both their key programs and compensation plans.

As a result, Paul identified the key elements of a successful network-marketing program. The most important, according to Paul, was a Representatives-rewarding and Representative-friendly environment.

The ball was rolling. Next, Paul turned to close friend and former boss, Tom Mills. Armed with a mutual dream, Paul and Tom contacted friends and colleagues to create a comprehensive staff of business experts. The group then met with nationally renowned, tier one companies in the high –tech and communications industries. Contracts were negotiated, and in short order, FHTM muscled itself onto the cutting edge of the technology revolution by offering extremely competitive products and pricing for its customers.

Today, Paul take immense pride in helping others realizes their financial dreams and a higher quality of life. Never before has so much earning potential been offered at so many levels of performance. Thanks in part, to one enterprising high school teacher and coach from Kentucky.
